Black Cotton Maxi Skirt For Cold Weather
This black cotton maxi skirt is one of my favorite pieces in my closet because it works for any season. I love how maxi skirts are long enough to pair with winter boots so you can stay warm, but they’re also cotton so they’re breathable for warm weather. If you’re on the shorter side like I am, you will be pleased to know it comes in a petite length, which is what I’m wearing! I’m 5’4 and a 28 waist, and I’m wearing a size 6P. If you’re between sizes, choose your lower size. The 4P also fit me, but I wanted to wash and dry it without thinking about it.

I have a wedding coming up this month, and I love this outfit so much that I’m seriously considering ditching my go-to event dress for this look, which is not something I ever do! My mom has this bag in the natural raffia color, and it’s absolutely gorgeous. The nice thing about this outfit is that while it’s perfect to dress up for a wedding, you can easily wear these pieces as separates. The top will look so cute with jeans or linen pants. And, the skirt will pair nicely with a t-shirt and comfortable shoes for an elevated casual look. I would pack both of these pieces for a vacation.

This linen maxi skirt is perfect to take everywhere you’re going this summer. You can wear it to the beach or the pool over your swimsuit, and then wear it with a cute top to lunch or dinner! It comes in lots of colors, but I picked the brown. It goes perfectly with this oversized straw bag or the smaller bag that you can wear on your shoulder or as a crossbody.
